LYNCHBURG, Va. (WDBJ) - A Lynchburg man and woman have been charged after the Lynchburg Police Department seized 4 ounces of methamphetamine and guns from two locations. Mackenzie Criswell, 36 of Lynchburg, and Joshua Holton, 23 of Rustburg, were arrested and charged. Criswell was charged with Possession with the Intent to Sell or Distribute a Schedule I/II Substance and two counts of Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon. Holton is charged with Possession of Schedule I/II Controlled Substance.
